Procedure for lost or forgotten names and passwords

Article 1. In case by any reason the User has forgotten or lost its username or password for access to its client profile, the User may request again the sending of the information to the e-mail address which has been registered by the User in the system of the Provider.

(1) For the subsequent sending of data for access and management, the User may use the automatic system available at
http://www.superhosting.bg/web-hosting-client-profile.php

(2) The User may request the sending of the data for access and management by an employee of the Provider as the request should be in writing and should be obligatory sent by the e-mail address by which the User has been registered in the system of the Provider.

Article 2. In case by any reason the User has forgotten or lost its data for access to the e-mail address by which the User has been registered in the system of the Provider, or this e-mail address no longer exist, the User may request from the provider to change the e-mail address. For this purpose the User shall legitimate itself by sending of:

1) Original or copy, verified "Same as original`, of identity document, issued by the state authorities (passport, driving license, ID card, etc.).

2) If an invoice has been issued to the legal person, the User is obliged to provide also original or a copy, verified "Same as original` of a document, which indisputably evidences its participation in the management of the legal person on whose name has been issued the invoice.
